Is there training for employees who joined the company in the category of mid-career hire?
While the post-employment training structure takes the form of OJT through actual operations, employees will receive training for three days to learn about the overall condition of the company, organization, and systems at the time of entering the company.
What is the percentage of mid-career hires among employees?
There are employees of various ages who joined the company in the category of mid-career hire. The percentage of mid-career hiring is about 44%.
Can you make any special arrangements for the date of joining the company?
We will do our best to accommodate your request for the date of joining the company after a hiring decision is made. However, we may not be able to accommodate requests if the job opening must be filled immediately.
Are there dormitories for single employees or corporate housing?
The company rents properties in the vicinity to offer as a dormitory for single employees. The rent amount is about JPY 12,000 monthly. Although we do not offer corporate housing, housing allowances are offered to eligible employees.
*The residents of dormitories for single employees must meet certain conditions.
Are there sports and hobby clubs?
The company has several sports and hobby clubs where employees can interact regardless of department and age.

Are there support systems to allow employees to keep a good balance between work and raising children?
Bridgestone Software proactively supports employees in balancing work and raising children.
For example, employees can take maternity leave and use reduced working hours until their child reaches the age of starting junior high school. There are also kindergartens for the employees of the Bridgestone Group in the vicinity of the company. In addition, teleworking has been also utilized as a new initiative to encourage a more flexible workstyle from wherever you are.
